The members of the Sarutobi clan are able to easily master high-level jutsu, this allows members of the Sarutobi Clan to be able to learn A-Rank Jutsu, such as the Shadow Clone Jutsu and the Rasengan, at a very young age.


(Sarutobi Clan Members Need 50% of the original Experience points needed when Learning new Jutsu)
