After weeks of being in the village hospital, Ryku is finally out and about throughout the village.

The wind Daimayo calls for a meeting with the elders, and the elders discuss candidates for Kage. The head jonin nominates Ryku, and they begin to discus how he recently return to the village and was able to force the Hokage to retreat.

Which saved the blockade, making him Kazekage and then the jonin finally vote for few days.

After a couple of days of voting the jonin came to a conclusion on a candidate, as of the result at the battle of Suna's blockade, Ryku is awarded by the council the high position of Kazekage.

Now with the duties of higher regard, Ryku is given the Kage garb of white colors.

Ryku has ordered a meeting with the council to discuss their next move.

Sunagakure ANBU: The win over the Land of Fire at the blockade was a huge step for our country.

Ryku: It was truly a huge advantage for us, but what is their intention?

Sunagakure ANBU: what do you suggest?

Ryku stares into the eyes of every ANBU in the room, and replies.

Ryku: We head to the Village of Wood in attempt to find any assassin that might be willing to help us

Sunagakure ANBU: They may prove to be useful

Ryku: That will be our first priority, getting as much help as we can.

Sunagakure ANBU: We can go ourselves for your own protection...

Ryku puts a hand up to stop the speaker shaking his head.

Ryku: I will be going with a group of you

With no arguments being made Ryku and his gathered ANBU team leave for the Village of Wood.
