Only chūnin and Jōnin are allowed to study here, because unlike Genin they no longer have a Sensei.
Here there are instructions on how to preform common, E through B-Rank Jutsu. It does not contain Secret Jutsu, or Kinjutsu.

Here there are also unclassified Information gathered from past missions.
