Falling on his back from the impact of the Fireball igniting his sleeve a flame, Ryku pats out the flame on his sleeve leaving it charred. Meanwhile whistling sounds erupt in his ears, knowing what it was right away he does a substitution jutsu.

The 1-tailed beast smashes its tail on the ground in hope to break the 9-tail's hold.

Still caught in the genjutsu Ryku screams for the 1-tail to retreat, while attempting to distract Dan long enough for the 1-tail to leave.

Ryku runs toward Dan by following the footprints in the mud, while doing the Iron Sand world order in attempt to use all the metal that Dan has on him, by
using Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes inward stabbing his internal organs.

In a final attempt to safe the 1-tail.
